Hudson Way

We went for a little walk along the Hudson Way today as the weather was beautiful, started off from Beverley end and walked about half hour then came back, having the lovely Henry with us means we can't quite get as far as the other two would like but they still enjoyed it. When going under the railway bridge Hen found the echo very strange twisting his head every which way so hes not completely deaf hihi

Camping in Sherwood Forest

Unfortunately due to bad weather High Peaks our first KC show was cancelled, so Sally and I decided to go camping anyways since we where all packed. We took Bella and Zak to Sherwood Forest Camping Park, it was lovely nice walks from the site out into the forest. Unfortunately Bella and Zak had a bit of a fall out as she got a little too close to Zak's bowl so he told her to step away at which she confronted him and hes not a lad to back down which shes really not used to hihi Unfortunately she swiped his nose but I think she will think twice before she starts on a dog as they aren't all as soft as my other two backing down to her. After that the both knew what was what and after giving Zak a few sly licks all was well. We took them to Sherwood Forest where they both behaved exceptionally considering there where lots of dogs, people and kids. We where really lucky with the weather only a couple of showers which tests out the tents nicely. Hopefully next time we go camping there will be some agility too :D

Deliquent Dogz - 15th & 16th August

Well Ive decided to promote Bella as she will being going to her first KC show shortly and I feel the lover jumps don't do her any favours as she seems to knock quite a few poles. I was suprised she did really well at her first show at level 1 with some lovely sections I just need to get it right GRRRRR. She did however manage a clear in Dodgems on Sat and 3rd place in Level 1/2/3 jumping on Sun which I was really really please with. I tried some different handling too which I think made a real difference to her last run. The first agility went well she just popped out of the weaves as shes not used to bombing into them really must give this some more practice. Also Lesley and Fearne where place 2nd in Cap jumping on Sat at their 2nd show and Sally got 2nd in Dodgems on Sat and clear in Cap jumping on Sun. All of us enjoyed camping we just need to stay asleep longer as getting up at half five was a bit too early!!!!
